The cross country team has been very busy this year. In true IB style the students have been balancing their training with other sports and other CCA’s allowing them to experience a broad range of activities. This season they have travelled well to other courses and set some very good personal best times. Training has been tough, especially at the start of the year when the heat and humidity can be considered almost dangerous to train in. Despite this a few early runs have been achieved and good commitment shown from the runners. The season culminates in the showpiece ACAMIS Cross Country event for middle and high school runners held at UISZ.
